I spent 25 years in leadership, including six as President and CEO of an organization I led through comprehensive transformation. I know what it's like to carry the weight of decisions that affect everyone around you. I know the pressure to have it all figured out—and the private moments of doubt that no one sees.

I've been the only woman at the table. I've been stretched too thin and too proud to ask for help. I've navigated the complexity of leading through change while managing my own sleepless nights.

And I've had a coach in my corner since 2017. That partnership changed everything—not because someone told me what to do, but because I finally had space to think clearly, challenge my own assumptions, and lead more intentionally.

The Story

I combine lived experience with professional depth.

After years of leading organizations and teams, I recognized a pattern: accomplished women were struggling in ways they couldn't talk about openly. They were delivering results while running on empty. They were being perceived as "too much" when they were simply holding high standards. They were figuring it out alone because asking for help felt like admitting weakness.

I built Alli Brown Coaching to be the partnership I needed—and the one I saw so many leaders going without. A space to be honest about what's hard. A thought partner who gets the specific pressures of senior leadership. Support that's grounded in what actually works, not generic advice or fluffy leadership talk.

Coaching isn't something I fell into.
It's the work I was made for.
